We would be happy to exchange any product that is sent to you containing any manufacturing defect for a new item of the same size and color. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost for any product exchange. At the moment, we are unable to exchange shirts for different sizes, but as we grow, so will our services.

All of our products will be shipped using USPS in standard packaging. There are multiple shipping options available to you based on the weight of your package. We strive to ship all orders placed before 3:00PM EST the same day. For orders delivered within the Western New York area you can expect to receive your item within 2-5 business days. For orders placed outside of the Western New York area please allow 3-6 business days.
